Is prenatal massage safe for me?

We cannot answer that, and any studio that answers it over the phone is overstepping. Whether bodywork suits your pregnancy is a question for your doctor or midwife. Ask them, then tell us what they said and we will work inside it.

What position will I be in?

On your side. Bolsters and pillows support your head, your belly, your top arm, and the leg that crosses over. There is no face-down table involved.

Can I ask for a woman, or for a man?

Yes. Both work here and either request is routine. Say it while booking rather than on arrival, so it can actually be scheduled.

What does it cost?

An hour is $105, ninety minutes $155, and the two-hour version $205. Adding half an hour to any of those is $50.

Do you take same-day appointments?

Often, yes. Our doors are open 10am to 10pm daily. Call and ask what is left rather than assuming.

Can I walk in without booking?

You can. Walk-ins are welcome, and an appointment is the recommendation, mostly so the drive is never wasted.

What if I have to cancel?

Anything cancelled within twenty-four hours of the appointment is not refunded. Ring the desk the moment you know and it costs you nothing further.

What do I take off?

Whatever you are comfortable removing. A sheet covers you throughout and only the area being worked is uncovered. Some people stay fully dressed, which is workable too.

Where do I park?

In our own lot at the building. No meter, no charge.

Are you a spa with facials?

No. This address does massage, and only massage. If skincare is what you came for, you are on the wrong site and we would rather say so plainly.

Do I need a note from my provider?

We are not going to invent a paperwork rule that pretends to be medical guidance. What we ask is that you have talked with them, and that you pass on anything they told you.

Can I stop partway through?

Yes, at any point, without explaining yourself. Say stop and it stops. You are not charged for time you did not use.

Can someone buy this for me?

Gift cards come in any amount and they never expire.

How long has the studio been here?

Since 2017. Our Google rating is 4.4 across 516 reviews.

Is there a fee for paying by card?

Five dollars. Cash avoids it.

Who will be working on me?

A therapist holding an active Utah massage license issued by DOPL. All of ours do, and all carry professional liability coverage.

What if one side of my back is worse than the other?

Mention it at the start. The therapist plans around what you tell them, and lying on your side makes uneven time across the two halves of you easy to arrange.

Can I bring my other kid?

We would rather you did not, because there is nobody at the front desk who can watch a toddler for ninety minutes. An adult who comes along to wait is fine.

Anything else, call (801) 288-1118 and ask. The front desk would rather answer a question before you book than leave you guessing on the drive over.
