Prenatal Massage in Downtown Salt Lake City

Where we are on the Salt Lake grid, what the drive looks like from each side of town, and why the free lot matters downtown.

Our address, 677 S 200 W, lands on the block between 600 South and 700 South, two streets west of Main. Suite #C. On the Salt Lake grid that is about as central as a studio gets without sitting in the middle of the paid-parking district. Coming off I-15, the 600 South exit puts you within a couple of minutes of the door.

From the Avenues or the University, the drive down is usually under fifteen minutes outside of rush hour. From Sugar House, take 700 East or the freeway depending on the hour. From Rose Park and Glendale you are close enough that the trip is barely worth planning. From Daybreak or the west side of the valley, budget a little more and pick a mid-morning slot.

The parking is the part worth spending a sentence on. Downtown Salt Lake mostly means meters, an app on your phone, or a garage with a ticket machine. We have a free lot at the building. No meter, no fee, no timer running while you are on the table. When you are far enough along that the walk from a garage is the worst part of the errand, that changes the math on where you book.

Hours here run 10am to 10pm, seven days. That covers the two windows that actually work for most people carrying a pregnancy through a normal week: a late morning when the office is quiet, or an evening after someone else has taken over at home. Sunday is a regular day for us, not a reduced one.

A prenatal session runs $105 at sixty minutes, and the ninety and two-hour versions are $155 and $205. Every therapist is licensed by the state through DOPL, and we keep both men and women on the schedule so you can ask for the one you want.

What we will not do is tell you whether massage suits your pregnancy. That is not our call and we are not qualified to make it. Ask your doctor or midwife, then tell us what they said, and we will build the session around it.

Salt Lake City clients tend to book one of two ways. Some come once, near the end, when sleep has gotten difficult and the hips have had enough. Others settle into a rhythm, every few weeks, and treat it as the one hour on the calendar that is entirely theirs. Both are normal. We do not sell packages, so there is nothing to commit to either way.

If you are downtown already, appointments the same day are often available. Call (801) 288-1118 and ask what is open. If you are coming after work, mention it, because the evening slots go earliest and knowing your window helps us find something that actually fits.

One local note. The 200 West corridor sees construction and detours the way every downtown street here does. If your map app sends you around something and you end up running late, call us from the car rather than trying to make up the time. We would rather adjust your session than have you rushing across a parking lot.
