Same-Day and Late-Evening Appointments

We take clients until ten at night, every day. What is usually still open when you call this afternoon, and what is not.

Some appointments get planned three weeks out. Others get booked because today turned out to be the day. We are set up for both.

The studio takes clients from 10am to 10pm, seven days a week, and that back half of the day is the part worth knowing about. A ten in the morning appointment and a nine at night appointment are equally real. Sunday operates on the same schedule as any other day.

For a same-day call, the honest picture looks like this. Mid-morning and early afternoon on a weekday are the easiest slots to get on short notice. Weekday evenings after six fill first and are the hardest same-day ask. Weekends are busy across the whole day, though a late Saturday night is often more available than people expect. The very last appointments of the night frequently sit open until someone calls.

Calling beats guessing. The schedule moves throughout the day as people reschedule, and a slot that was gone at noon can reopen by three. Call (801) 288-1118 and ask what is left. If nothing works, ask what tomorrow looks like while you are already on the phone.

Two things narrow same-day availability, and both are worth naming so you can decide what to flex. If you need a specific therapist, that is harder on short notice. If you need a male or a female therapist specifically, that also narrows the field, though usually less. If you can be flexible on one of those, say which, and the front desk can work with it.

Length is the easiest thing to flex. If the ninety-minute slot you wanted is gone but a sixty is open an hour earlier, that is often the better trade than waiting three days. You can always ask about extending once you are here, though on a full evening the room behind you may already be booked.

Walk-ins are welcome, and booking is still what we recommend, because the whole thing comes down to arithmetic. If nobody is on the schedule, a walk-in works. If the evening is full, it does not, and you will have driven over for nothing. One phone call before you leave the house settles which of those you are walking into.

Cancellations go the same way. Call as soon as you know. Late-notice changes happen constantly and pregnancy is one of the more legitimate reasons for one, so there is no interrogation attached. The one number to hold onto is twenty-four hours, since a session cancelled closer to the start time than that is not refunded.

If you are calling near closing, know that the last session of the night has to finish by ten, so a two-hour booking needs to start by eight. A sixty can start considerably later. Say what time you can realistically be here and we will fit the length to it rather than the other way around.
